Welcome to VidaBR. By using the app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
1. What VidaBR Is
VidaBR is a 100% fictional simulation game. All characters, events, brands, places and situations that appear in the game are works of fiction, created for entertainment purposes. Any resemblance to real people (living or deceased), existing companies or real-life events is coincidental or a satirical/humorous use, with no intention to offend or defame.
The game is NOT:
- Legal, financial, medical, psychological or career advice
- A realistic simulation of the Brazilian economy or of any institution
- A recommendation of any behavior or lifestyle
The choices, monetary amounts, professions, illnesses and consequences shown in the game are playful game mechanics. Do not take anything that happens in the game as a reference for real-life decisions.
2. Account and Access
You need to create an account (or sign in with Google) to save your progress. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure. Do not share your access.
3. Minimum Age
You must be at least 16 years old to use VidaBR. If you are between 16 and 18 years old, you need the consent of a parent or legal guardian.
4. Conduct
You agree not to:
- Try to circumvent game mechanics or exploit bugs to gain an unfair advantage
- Reverse engineer the app or the API
- Overload our servers with automated requests
- Sell, transfer or share your account
5. Generated Content
The characters, decisions and narratives in your game are yours. We do not use this content for any purpose other than making the game work (saving progress, aggregated anonymous statistics).
6. Purchases and DLCs
Any paid packs (DLCs) are one-time purchases, non-refundable after use (in accordance with Apple/Google policies). We always make clear what each DLC includes before purchase.
7. Availability
VidaBR is provided "as is". We do our best to keep the service stable, but there may be maintenance, instability or interruptions. We are not liable for loss of progress caused by network, device or third-party failures.
8. Termination
You can close your account at any time via settings. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms, with or without prior notice.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms. Significant changes will require a new acceptance in the app. Continued use after the update constitutes agreement.
