We take your privacy seriously. This policy explains what data we collect, what for, and how you control it. In compliance with the LGPD (Brazilian General Data Protection Law, Law No. 13.709/2018).
1. Data We Collect
Registration:
- Email, name (if provided through Google), profile photo (optional)
- Encrypted password (if you sign up with email and password)
- Unique Google identifier (for authentication only)
Game:
- Characters, decisions, achievements, progress
- App settings (theme, sound, etc.)
Technical:
- App version, operating system, device model (for debugging)
- Anonymous error logs
Ads (only if you watch one):
- The device's advertising identifier (GAID on Android, IDFA on iPhone), which Google uses to choose the ad
- Ad events: whether it loaded and whether you watched it to the end, which is what unlocks the reward
This data only exists from the moment you tap "watch". Until you tap it, none of this is collected.
We do not collect: precise location, contacts, device media, or banking data (purchases are processed directly by Apple/Google).
2. What We Use It For
- Making the game work (saving progress, authentication)
- Improving the experience (aggregated anonymous statistics)
- Communicating important updates via push notifications (you can turn them off)
3. Sharing
We do not sell your data. We only share it with:
- Google (OAuth authentication), only the data required for sign-in
- Google AdMob (rewarded ads), which receives the advertising identifier and basic device data to choose which ad to show. Google's use of this data is governed by Google's privacy policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy
- Infrastructure providers (Neon, Fly.io), with storage encrypted in transit and at rest
- Public authorities, only if required by a court order
4. Your Rights (LGPD)
You may, at any time:
- Access your data (export via settings)
- Correct inaccurate data (profile editing)
- Delete your account and all associated data
- Withdraw consent (declining acceptance forces sign-out)
- File a complaint with the ANPD (Brazilian National Data Protection Authority) if you believe your rights have been violated

5. Security
- Passwords stored with bcrypt hashing
- Session tokens in SecureStore (iOS Keychain / Android Keystore)
- 100% HTTPS communication
- Encrypted backups
6. Retention
We keep your data while your account is active. When you delete your account, we delete everything within 30 days (except what we must keep due to legal obligations, such as tax receipts).
7. Ads and Tracking
The app does not use cookies and has no third-party analytics (Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, etc.). Nothing you do inside the game is sent to any company for profiling purposes.
There is a single third-party SDK with an advertising purpose: Google AdMob. And it only appears in one way:
- Rewarded ads only. These are the ads you choose to watch in exchange for something in the game. There are no banners, no ads that open on their own between one screen and another, and no ads when the app opens.
- Only if you tap. The ads SDK is not even turned on until you tap "watch" for the first time. If you never tap, none of this is ever loaded.
- Never mandatory. The whole game remains playable from start to finish without watching a single ad.
Personalized ads. Outside Europe, Google may use your device's advertising identifier to choose more relevant ads. In the European Union, the United Kingdom and Switzerland, we show a consent screen before any ad, and anyone who declines still receives ads, just not personalized ones.
How to turn off the identifier, anywhere in the world:
- Android: Settings → Google → Ads → Delete advertising ID
- iPhone: Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking
Turning it off does not take away your reward: the ad keeps working, it just stops being personalized.
8. Children and Teenagers
Minimum age: 16 years. Between 16 and 18, the consent of a parent or legal guardian is required. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16.
9. Changes
Material changes to this policy require a new acceptance in the app. Minor changes (wording corrections) are published without notice.
