The biggest shake-up to events since launch. What you decide no longer vanishes at year's end — it comes back to haunt you months later. And the app has a new face: the icon changed.

### The game now has memory

Cheating, cancellation, prison, and eleven other marks used to sit in storage, never read by anyone. Now they come back: fifteen new events that only trigger for people who actually lived through them.

### Choices with no payoff are gone

Seventy-five adult-life choices used to only take, never give back. Every decision now buys you something, even if it's just relief. And when money can solve it, the expensive way out shows up as an option.

### Death reads the life you lived

It used to be the same line for everyone. Now the cause comes from cigarettes, drinking, prison, old age surrounded by loved ones, or loneliness. The certificate tells the story of who that person was.

### Football: positions and skills stopped disappearing

Anyone who picked a position and built a skill tree lost it all at year's end, with no warning. The game couldn't save that data — now it can.

### Fixes you reported

On iPhone, treating an illness through insurance or paying out of pocket froze the screen. A work fling turning into dating used to wipe your work interactions with that person. And your drafts no longer get lost.
