Build your company and run the business end to end: hire staff, invest in marketing, manage cash flow and bills. It's full-time work — to really grow, you quit your formal CLT job and become the boss.

### Expand and go franchise

Doing well? Open new locations, turn the business into a franchise, and take your brand to other cities. It all plays out year by year, as the company grows.

### Take it public

At its peak, you can take the company public on the stock exchange, sell a stake, pass the business on as inheritance, or shut it down if things go south.
